How do I track my order?
 

Tracking details will be sent within 24 hours of completing your purchase. Most deliveries are send via US Postal Mail and takes 3-5 days to receive. 

 

How do I return an item?
 

The customer is responsible for returns unless the item was malfunctioned. Please review out return policy for more details.

What are pick-up options and how do they work?

If you are located in the Sacramento Area, you are able to select pick up at check out. Please leave your phone number. A customer service number will also be provided. You are able contact customer service to schedule your pick or customer service will reach out to you within 24 hours. This bypasses shipping fees.

How often do you get new items?

The site is continually updated weekly or biweekly with new items that are relevant to the current season.

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

No we do not. At this time, we only ship in the United States.
